- Explore job roles across sectors for PwDs.
- Implement reasonable accommodations for diverse disabilities.
- Align job expectations with performance capabilities.

- Identify and match PwDs’ skill sets with relevant job profiles.
- Assess PwDs based on experience , qualifications, and skills.

- Ensure an accessible recruitment process.
- Incorporate interpreters, accessible technology, and special accommodations during interviews, placement drives, and job-fairs.

- Conduct awareness workshops for employers and staff.
- Foster inclusive work culture through disability education and support.

- Offer continued support to both employers and candidates for 6 months post placement.
- Address any challenges or accommodations required during the employment period

- Organize regular Job Fairs to provide PwDs access to multiple job opportunities.

How Ability Connect Works?
Ability Connect bridges the gap between persons with disabilities and inclusive opportunities by collaborating with organizations, NGOs, and volunteers. We match candidates with the right jobs, training, and support to enable long-term empowerment.
For PwD Candidates
- Register your self with ABILITY CONNECT program. Tell us what you are skilled at and what you are passionate about.
- We will use the information to create your profile and find the right job/training opportunity for you that matches your profile.
- We will be supporting you for six months after placement to ensure successful integration into the workplace.
For Volunteers
Options to be connected:
- Be part of our awareness campaigns by sharing content on your social media platforms/circle of like minded individuals /organizations.
- Help us mapping job roles for candidates with disabilities.
- Help us training candidates for specific job roles.
- Help us in providing support to both company and placed candidates to ensure successful integration into the workplace.
For Organizations
- Confirm interest in partnering with Ability Connect to explore job opportunities for PwDs and establish a mutually beneficial relationship that contributes to creating a more inclusive workforce.
- We will assist you in identifying suitable job roles within your work place that align with the skills and capabilities of PwDs.
- We will conduct sensitization workshops at the company’s premises to promote an inclusive and supportive environment for Persons with Disabilities (PwDs).
- We will offer continued support to both company and placed candidates for up to six months to ensure successful integration into the workplace.
